1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Quot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Quot is a business management platform that provides tools for sales tracking, inventory management, financial reporting, and related business operations. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • One person or business may not maintain more than one free trial account

4. Subscription and Payment

  • Subscriptions are billed quarterly in advance
  • All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated
  • We offer a 14-day free trial for new accounts
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Upload malicious code or content
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you enter into Quot. We do not claim ownership of your business data. You grant us a license to use your data solely to provide and improve the Service.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days. After 30 days, we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lagos, Nigeria.
